Hacienda tranquila
Estuvimos prácticamente solos. La hacienda tiene pocas habitaciones lo que hace que la estancia sea más tranquila y el trato más personal.
Poca variedad de desayuno ya que solo ofrecen huevos. Personal algo lento a la hora de atender en el desayuno, aun estando solo nosotros. En la cena quisimos pedir postre (7:50 pm) y nos dijeron que no era posible ya que la cocina cerraba a las 8pm.

Habitación acogedora pero le hace falta ya una reforma de...
Habitación acogedora pero le hace falta ya una reforma de renovación, igual que el baño. La piscina es muy buena, así como los jardines.
El colchón está viejo y vencido hacia un lado. La estructura de la cama tiene hierros al final, con lo que si mides más de 1.80 no cabes. El restaurante es normalito. Pero lo peor fue el servicio prestado por los empleados de recepción, después de haberme confirmado un taxi a las 530am el día de mi salida, la única persona encargada a esa hora, que era el vigilante/ camarero/ recepcionista, no sabía nada de mi reserva con su compañera y no pudo darme solución, tuve que salir a la carretera a las 6am cargado con las maletas a coger un bus con dirección al centro de Pereira y allí coger un taxi al aeropuerto. No volveré.

Preciosa hacienda, muy cuidada, tranquila y acogedora. Tiene piscina y un porche para desayunar o descansar.
